I’m Christina Strudwick, the founder of The Fueled Athlete and the sole author here. My experience in sports nutrition has shown me how many people are struggling with what to eat on a daily basis… which led me to create this site.

I’ve worked with professional athletes, collegiate athletes, combine prep athletes, special forces soldiers & the typical weekend warrior. They all have the same questions essentially… how can I perform better? Look better? Reach my goals? I hope you find the answers here.

After a lot of school (Go Frogs!) and studying, I became a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). I am currently working with athletes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
