The dictionary defines athlete as: “a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina.”

That’s a good start.

Here at The Fueled Athlete, you are considered you an “athlete” if you exercise regularly whether you are a professional, amateur, weekend warrior or just starting out! Consistent and intense exercise requires attention to nutrition habits in order to maximize your results. I believe that sports nutrition can be useful for any “athlete” out there!
